Requirements and responsibilities
• Supervise Associate Managers and Managing Consultants
• Address and resolve issues and challenges relating to clients, consultants, and engagements
• Develop and foster client relationships
• Monitor the progress of engagements and key project activity dates to ensure deadlines are met
• Monitor consultant utilization and service line metrics
• Review draft reports before submission to the SOC Practice Leader
• Educate clients on services that A-LIGN provides and identify opportunities to expand the scope of services
• Coordinate with subject matter experts and SOC Practice Leader to develop audit methodologies, work programs, and templates
