Responsibilities

Most companies have HubSpot. Very few make it drive actual families into therapy. You will, fully remote. What Success Looks Like - Campaigns and automations produce measurable inquiry-to-start conversion. - Lead nurturing keeps families moving instead of going cold. - Pipeline reporting is clear and trusted by intake and leadership. - Marketing and intake stay aligned on handoffs. - Conversion rates improve through testing and optimization. You’ll Need - Proven experience running campaigns in HubSpot (or similar). - Ability to own workflows, email sequences, and reporting end-to-end. - Strong written English. - Comfortable working fully remote and reporting on results. You will own real marketing outcomes and build advanced HubSpot skills with a growing healthcare organization.
