Responsibilities
Position Summary:
- The Recruiter manages the full recruitment cycle for assigned job orders, from job order review through to the onboarding hand-off of the selected candidate.
- The role is responsible for sourcing, screening and presenting qualified candidates, coordinating client interviews, and maintaining a well-engaged candidate pipeline and talent pool.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review the job description or job order for each assigned role.
- Post job openings job sites.
- Screen applications and manage candidate communication.
- Conduct initial interviews with qualified candidates.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and leads for each role.
- Complete presentation requirements for qualified candidates in line with each client's needs.
- Maintain communication with candidates while awaiting the client's final interview schedule.
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the process and add them to the talent pool.
- Prepare a pre-client interview form for each finalist.
- Send interview reminders to candidates and clients to ensure attendance.
- Process and forward onboarding details once the client selects a finalist.
- Send rejection notices to candidates who were not selected.
- Conduct regular pipeline clean-up and maintain an engaged talent pool.
- Record all stage dates and statuses in the Hiring Tracker accurately and on time.
- Conduct reference checks on finalists in accordance with the reference check process.
- Manage second-round and replacement searches as requested by clients.
- Escalate roles exceeding 10 days in the interviewing stage to the Recruitment Lead, with the bottleneck reason.
