Requirements and responsibilities

Project Management: • Manage multiple concurrent localization projects, with a focus on prioritization, transparent communication and iterating upon success. • Collaborate with a diversified range of stakeholders (marketing managers, product managers, engineers) to drive process improvements, internationalize how we do business and influence the adoption of a global mindset. • Manage the relationship with our vendors and contribute to the implementation of a quality management framework. • Demonstrated ability to learn and develop a true understanding of stakeholders’ business objectives while able to effortlessly execute according to loc best practises. • Ability to question the status quo, give and receive feedback and operate in a forming environment while maintaining a calm professional demeanor. Technology & Process: • Build end to end workflows that support the needs of content creators, engineers, localizers, product and marketing managers. • Demonstrated experience in optimizing localization workflow through automation. • Contribute to building a data inspired localization team.
