As my right-hand person, you’ll be at the heart of it all—helping grow the business, streamline operations, and ensure our travelers have an unforgettable journey. This role is perfect for someone who: - Is a natural problem-solver and loves finding solutions on the fly. - Thrives in independence and doesn’t wait to be told what to do. - Gets excited about wearing many hats and owning projects from start to finish. - Has laser focus, unbelievable attention to detail, and a get-it-done attitude. - Loves organizing chaos into systems, strategies, and checklists. - Is a self-starter who sees what needs to be done and does it. What you’ll be doing: - Manage customer service emails and ensure travelers feel supported. - Create social media graphics and engage with our community. - Update our website and communication platforms with events and trip details. - Manage communications with travelers. - Organize all our content, posting strategy, and systems. - Build automations and systems to streamline operations. - Ideate and edit digital products and create polished templates (Canva is ideal!). - Connect all our products and website to ensure seamless functionality. - Be willing to take on whatever new thing comes our way. This role is part-time (for now): We’re starting part-time, but here’s the deal: if you’re the right person and can help grow the business, this could quickly become full-time. You’ll be employee #1—a unique opportunity to help build a company from the ground up and directly impact its success.
