We are seeking a motivated and results-driven real estate sales representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential sellers, building rapport with clients, analyzing property values, negotiating contracts, and completing transactions. 🟠 Requirements: 🔹 Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role. 🔹 Strong communication and negotiation skills. 🔹 Ability to analyze property values and identify potential sellers. 🔹 Proficient in using CRM software. 🔹 Excellent time management and organizational skills. 🔹 High school diploma or equivalent. 🟠 Responsibilities: 🔹 Talk with potential sellers over the phone and in person about selling their properties to us. 🔹 Build rapport with clients and overcome objections. 🔹 Analyze comps and different exit strategies to determine the value of properties. 🔹 Present offers and negotiate contracts with qualified sellers. 🔹 Meet weekly target of signing 2–3 contracts. 🔹 Make outbound calls to leads to create additional appointments. 🔹 Attend daily team meetings and weekly sales training sessions. 🔹 Utilize CRM to track performance and improve lead conversions. 🔹 Update CRM with all phone calls, seller communications, photos, paperwork, and notes daily. 🔹 Communicate with lead managers if any appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled with sellers. 🔹 Go over the transaction coordination process with all sellers after contract signing.
