We are looking for an IT Systems Engineer with experience in administering SaaS applications, identity and access management, Atlassian Jira and Confluence, infrastructure as code, configuration management tools, container and microservices technologies, APIs, programming languages, network architecture, relational databases, cloud infrastructure environments, and CI/CD tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for automating IT-related processes, ensuring the performance, stability, and security of essential IT applications/services, and sharing knowledge with the IT team. Responsibilities:
- Maintaining essential IT applications/services, including a variety of SaaS applications and AWS hosted applications
- Ensuring the performance, stability, and security of IT services
- Creating and designing new services based on changing business needs using automated configuration management utilities
- Managing IT service incidents effectively and providing qualified support
- Conducting maintenance duties such as application upgrades, remediating OS vulnerabilities, and asset management
- Sharing knowledge actively with the rest of the IT team to help them learn and improve the effectiveness of IT services
