❗ Remote Latinos provides a matching service with other businesses. Therefore, pre-selected candidates will be awaiting acceptance from one of these companies. 🟣 Requirements: ◽ Previous experience in social media management. ◽ Proven experience with a social media strategy that was a successful case study to present. ◽ Experience in social media communications, social media analytics, social media marketing and social media optimization. ◽ Knowledge in graphic design and video editing. 🟣 Responsibilities: ◽ Manage all social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, FB group and more as we grow. ◽ Create an overall content strategy to go viral ◽ Work alongside the visual designer to create content for all social channels ◽ Manage $15,000 in marketing budget per month. You must be good at tracking data and understanding analytics. ◽ Analyze, report on, and optimize social media performance to grow following, increase engagement, and boost impressions ◽ Act as the voice of NLT on social channels by interacting with our following via direct messages and comments ◽ Seek partner collaborations to grow our social following. ◽ Drive organic growth by nurturing all social channels to build brand awareness and drive new leads, appointments, and customers ◽ Analyze and report on the sentiment and themes of direct messages and comments 🟣 Additional information: ◽ The salary will be based on experience. ◽ The schedule will be in the EST time zone and discussed with clients once paired. ◽ Hours needed: 40 hours per week (full-time).
