The role involves building programmatic excellence in school teams, hiring, growing, and retaining excellent classroom teachers, and viewing program quality within the lens of a profitable and thriving school. The ideal candidate should have 5+ yearsâ Montessori classroom experience and certification, a drive to dig in and do, rigorous analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to operate independently, and a passion for education.
