Requirements and responsibilities


* Run consultative Zoom calls: discovery → tailored demo/offer → handle objections → close on the call. * Present clear ROI cases using client results, case studies, and calculators. * Guide prospects through agreements, payment, and onboarding in one sitting. * Maintain spotless CRM hygiene: notes, next steps, pipeline accuracy. * Follow up same-day with “no-shows,” “think-it-overs,” and multi-threaded DM/email/SMS. * Collaborate with SDRs and Success to tighten ICP, show rates, and offer positioning. * Hit weekly targets while protecting brand reputation and refund/chargeback rates. Success metrics (scorecard): * Close rate from held calls: 25 - 40%+. * Show rate: 60%+ (working with SDRs to improve). * Sales cycle: 0–7 days from first call. * Refund/chargeback rate: <2%. * CRM compliance: 100% of calls fully documented within 2 hours. Applicant requirements: 1. Experience (any of below): * 2+ years closing B2B service, agency, SaaS, or other offers on Zoom/phone. * A high-performing setter in Solar/Real Estate etc. and ready to take the next step. Attributes (all of below): * Strong discovery, objection handling, and “one-call close” skills. * Clear, accent-neutral English; confident on camera; excellent writing for follow-ups. * Mastery of pipeline tools (Airtable) and Calendly/Zoom. * Discipline to run a tight calendar and same-day follow-up cadence. * Desire to learn. You will be shadowing our top closer and must learn fast. Bonus: Experience selling to Realtors, mortgage, or local-services SMBs; Spanish bilingual.
