Responsibilities

You Should Have: * 5-10 years of backend development experience. * Strong Go programming skills (minimum 2+ years preferred) * Proven experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure — not just one cloud provider. * Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures and microservices. * Hands-on DevOps experience (Docker, Kubernetes, Pulumi, etc.) * Security-first mindset with understanding of compliance frameworks. * Self-driven approach with ability to own projects end-to-end. * Experience shipping production systems that scale. Bonus Points * SOC 2 compliance experience — you've been through the audit process. * Built AI/ML infrastructure or data pipelines at scale. * Experience with multi-cloud deployments and cost optimization. * Track record of improving developer velocity through tooling and automation. * Background in supply chain, logistics, or enterprise software.
