This position requires the successful candidate to work within the Eastern Standard Time Zone, speak fluent Spanish and English, and follow the Canadian Statutory Holidays schedule.
ISU Corp is looking for a brilliant Android Developer to join our team. Within the development team, the Android Developer designs and develops code for the Android ecosystem and completes goals within given deadlines.
Responsibilities
• Ability to perform creative technical analysis and design
• Logical and organized with great interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and oral in Spanish and English
• Familiarity with Agile development methodology and SCRUM would be an asset
• Team player, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Qualifications
• 3+ years of work experience developing applications for Android
• 3+ years working with React Native
• Strong Knowledge of Android Studio
• Strong Knowledge of Gradle
• Expertise with Fluter
Good to have
• Expertise with: Android Profiling (CPU profiler, memory profiler, network profiler, energy profiler, etc)
• Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Testing w/ JUnit, Espresso, etc.
• CI/CD with Jenkins and Gitlab CI
• Knowledge of popular open-source and industry-standard libraries available for common tasks
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
• Familiar with Google Play Store and internal distributions
• Proficient understanding of Git
