Wild Alaskan Company is seeking a Director of Brand Media to create and lead the brand media and advertising function. The ideal candidate will be experienced in developing impactful media strategies, maintaining a test-and-learn mindset, and driving full-funnel consumer journeys. This role will involve partnering with various teams to design and execute campaigns that drive results for the brand and the business. The Director of Brand Media will also be responsible for managing the brand media budget and ensuring cohesion with the performance and growth marketing teams. Responsibilities: - Lead the development of long-term brand media strategy, advertising, and brand partnerships. - Partner with the marketing and data team to ensure measurement frameworks, reporting cadences, and campaign optimizations. - Maintain and grow key marketplace relationships, including senior-level media and technology platform contacts. - Oversee the creation of audience journeys, engagement frameworks, and campaign ecosystems. - Manage external partners and resources to deliver on the brand strategy. - Oversee brand partnerships, influencer and ambassador programs, and collaborations. - Manage the brand media budget to deliver on brand objectives, business KPIs, and audience/member targets. - Work in close collaboration with the performance and growth marketing teams to ensure full-funnel cohesion in the media strategy and budgets. - Additional duties as assigned.
