ThinkWell is seeking a Project Director to lead the Strategic Purchasing for Primary Health Care (SP4PHC) project in Indonesia. The Project Director will be responsible for the implementation and management of the project, including grant management, external representation, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have expertise in health systems strengthening and health financing, as well as experience working in Indonesia. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of the SP4PHC program in Indonesia
- Manage the project team and ensure timely and effective delivery of project objectives
- Provide technical assistance in strategic purchasing, public financial management, and information systems
- Develop and oversee project workplans and budgets
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and represent ThinkWell locally and internationally
- Lead the development of technical documents and publications
- Supervise project staff and provide mentorship and capacity building
- Contribute to new project design and proposal development
- Travel approximately 25% of the time
