CTG is seeking a highly motivated and driven Program Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in managing technical projects will be a critical factor in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional solutions. As a program manager, you will also be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders, communicating program status updates, and providing leadership to cross-functional teams. This position is currently remote but requires occasional travel to the client site in the Washington, DC metro area.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a detailed program plan to monitor and track program progress
- Communicate program status updates on an ongoing basis to key stakeholders
- Ensure that program deliverables are on time, within scope, and within budget
- Manage program scope, risks, and issues effectively, proactively identifying potential issues and risks
- Provide leadership to cross-functional teams to ensure that deliverables are met
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders ensuring their satisfaction with the program
- Conduct program post-implementation reviews to ensure continuous improvement
