Report Writer and Operations Associate at Lightwork Home Health

We are looking for a Report Writer and Operations Associate to help run a core part of the business. Your primary focus will be writing and editing detailed home health reports for our clients. You will also keep customer follow-up, internal systems, and day-to-day operations organized and moving. Report Writing and Delivery: - Draft and edit detailed client reports. - Manage the outstanding report tracker. - Coordinate delivery timing, revisions, QA, and handoffs. - Maintain report SOPs and checklists to improve speed and consistency. Customer Follow-Up and Research: - Draft answers to customer questions. - Keep follow-up organized so nothing falls through the cracks. - Research product recommendations and building product options. Internal Systems and Operating Support: - Build and maintain SOPs, checklists, internal trackers, and ownership documents that keep the business organized. - Own weekly dashboard assembly and help keep recurring tasks, follow-up, and process gaps visible. Required: - Strong written English and excellent attention to detail. - Prior experience with technical or scientific writing, research, or other detail-heavy writing work in English. - Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing many moving parts without constant supervision. - Ability to work mostly US hours with majority overlap with 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT. Nice-to-Haves: - Genuine interest in health and environmental toxin exposure. - Previous experience in operations, especially roles where you managed many moving parts across internal systems, customers, or execution. - Uses AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to speed up writing, research, and operations. - Comfortable working in Google Drive, Close CRM, and similar tools.
