About the roleWe’re hiring an FP&A Analyst to support all aspects of the finance function and help drive ROI-focused, data-driven decision-making across the business. This role sits at the center of Finance, partnering across departments. You’ll flex across priorities — improving forecasting, strengthening financial discipline, and helping leadership allocate capital more effectively across cost and growth initiatives. This is a high-visibility, high-learning role for someone who wants full exposure to how a business operates, invests, and scales.ResponsibilitiesCore Finance & PlanningImprove reporting, forecasting accuracy, and planning processesBuild and maintain company-wide OKR metrics and monthly reportingHelp standardize and scale finance processes and data infrastructureOperational Cost & Headcount PlanningSupport expense management and improve cost visibility across teamsMaintain and track company-wide headcount and hiring plansBuild models linking staffing to business activity and outputIdentify cost optimization opportunities and efficiency gainsRevenue & Marketplace AnalyticsAnalyze GOV, revenue, and take-rate trends across products and segmentsEvaluate customer behavior, cohort performance, and expansion opportunitiesPartner with GTM teams on pipeline quality, forecasting, and monetizationStrategic Finance & Capital AllocationBuild models to evaluate ROI, payback, and investment decisionsPartner with leaders to guide data-driven decision-makingSupport vendor decisions, resource allocation, and strategic initiativesContribute to board materials and leadership reportingCore Qualifications2–5 years in FP&A, strategic finance, consulting, or analyticsStrong foundation across both cost management and revenue analysisExperience with forecasting, BvA, and financial modelingAbility to connect financial insights to business decisions, ROI, and capital allocationAdvanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (SQL / BI tools a plus)Familiarity with AI tools for finance, automation, or analysis is a plusComfortable working across multiple stakeholders and shifting prioritiesStrong problem-solving mindset and attention to detailExperience in SaaS, marketplace, fintech, or transaction-based business preferredWhat Success Looks LikeFinance is faster, more accurate, and more actionableLeadership has clear visibility into ROI, capital allocation, and growth efficiencyHeadcount and spend decisions become more disciplined and predictableRevenue insights drive better GTM prioritization and monetizationFinance operates as a proactive, data-driven decision partnerYou become a trusted resource across the business — not just within FinanceAbout UsAutomatiq is the leading all-in-one software platform in the live event ticketing world, serving resellers of all sizes.
