Requirements and responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled NICE Actimize IFM Developer with strong experience in fraud detection and financial crime prevention solutions.The Actimize IFM Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing fraud detection solutions using the NICE Actimize platform. This includes AIS modeling, case management customization, and real-time data integration.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop Actimize IFM-X modules for fraud detection (payment fraud, AML, etc.)Build and tune detection models using AIS Modeler (custom plugins, Java blocks)Customize ActOne/RCM workflows, dashboards, and investigation processesDevelop data pipelines using SQL/PL-SQL and Kafka for real-time processingManage upgrades, deployments, and performance tuningCollaborate with business and fraud teams to translate requirements into solutionsTechnical Skills RequiredExpertise in Actimize IFM-X, AIS (4.x+), ActOne/RCM (6.x+)Strong SQL (Oracle/SQL Server) and performance tuning skillsJava/J2EE development experienceHands-on with Linux (RHEL), Tomcat, Unix scriptingExperience with Kafka, MQ, or TibcoKnowledge of REST, SOAP, JSON, XMLExperience & Qualifications5–8 years of Actimize development experienceStrong understanding of fraud/AML (ACH, Wire, Credit Card fraud)Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fieldExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsInterested candidates can share their resume at: farhaan.a@ideam.ai
