Our work helps companies access reliable, structured web data that powers analytics, AI, and business decisions.What you’ll work on:Owning full project lifecycles: planning, budgeting, execution, and deliveryManaging timelines, dependencies, risks, scope, and project financialsServing as the main point of contact for enterprise clientsLeading executive-level status updates, escalations, and change requestsCoordinating with R&D, Data Ops, QA, Customer Success, and external vendorsManaging delivery risks related to source changes, data quality, volume assumptions, and SLAsUsing AI-assisted tools to streamline planning, reporting, and communicationWe’re looking for someone with:5+ years managing complex, multi-stakeholder projectsExperience with enterprise or high-value B2B clientsStrong project management, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting skillsTechnical fluency across data pipelines, APIs, cloud workflows, SQL concepts, and SDLCExcellent English communication skills, C1+ preferredAbility to operate confidently with VP and C-suite stakeholdersNice to have:Experience in eCommerce, retail analytics, or digital shelfFamiliarity with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BIBackground in web data, data pipelines, or AI/ML productsExperience coordinating distributed teams across time zonesPMP, Scrum, Prince2, or similar certifications🌎 100% remote✈️ Occasional client-site travel💵 Competitive compensation in USD
