The Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent while representing the company brand and culture to candidates, networks, and prospective employees. Responsibilities:
- Build Talent Pipelines: Proactively source, identify, and cultivate pipelines of qualified candidates for corporate roles, supporting both current and future hiring needs.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with candidates and hiring managers, acting as a strategic partner throughout the hiring process.
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Support DE&I initiatives by developing diverse candidate slates, advising hiring managers, and contributing to inclusive hiring practices.
- Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: Serve as a brand ambassador for the company, delivering a high-touch, personalized candidate experience and strengthening the company’s presence in the talent market.
- Problem Solving & Insights: Leverage data, market intelligence, and recruiting metrics to inform decisions, improve processes, and influence hiring strategies.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting and/or sourcing within a corporate or agency setting, with a focus on exempt-level roles.
- Experience recruiting across manufacturing, industrial, or technical functions preferred, including roles such as Software Engineer, Cloud Architect, Salesforce Engineer, and Engineering Manager.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across a variety of roles.
- Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion recruiting practices.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms, including Boolean search, ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and market outreach campaigns.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong customer service mindset and consistent follow-through.
