Job Summary: - We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter with 0-2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. - The candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for non-technical roles across various industries. Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions. - Source candidates through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media. - Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements. - Conduct initial HR screening and interview coordination. - Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers. - Coordinate offer rollout and joining formalities. - Ensure closure of positions within defined timelines. - Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements. Required Skills: - Good understanding of Non-IT hiring processes. - Experience in bulk hiring or volume hiring is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in using job portals and sourcing techniques. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
