Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions. - Source candidates through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media. - Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements. - Conduct initial HR screening and interview coordination. - Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers. - Coordinate offer rollout and joining formalities. - Ensure closure of positions within defined timelines. - Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.
