You bring a high degree of autonomy to the role — you don't need constant direction to produce well-structured, high-quality work. When requirements are ambiguous or a PM is less available, you know how to fill the gap: ask the right questions, make defensible decisions, and keep the team moving.You are equally effective translating from a 3Pillar PM and from a client PM or Product Owner, and you know how to navigate the nuances of each. You bring craft and rigor to everything in the backlog — and you help raise the bar for other POs on the engagement.At 3Pillar, Delivery Leads own the client relationship.
