As Director of Growth Marketing, you will lead the strategy and execution of the programs that help churches discover and benefit from Tithe.ly’s tools and services. You will oversee marketing efforts across channels such as events, digital campaigns, and paid media, creating meaningful ways to connect with church leaders and administrators and support the growth of their ministries. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work closely with your team to plan campaigns, review results, improve performance, and identify new opportunities to better serve churches.
