Requirements and responsibilities


As a Sales Development Representative at ActivTrak, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, driving pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. You'll partner closely with our Account Executives to identify target accounts, engage decision-makers, and create qualified opportunities that fuel our revenue goals.What You'll Do:Drive outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities within target accounts and industriesResearch and identify ideal customer profiles, then execute multi-touch campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channelsQualify inbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account ExecutivesCollaborate with AEs to build account-based strategies and penetrate key target organizationsArticulate ActivTrak's value proposition in a way that resonates with each prospect's unique challenges and goalsMaintain meticulous CRM hygiene in Salesforce, tracking all prospect interactions and pipeline metricsParticipate in sales training, team meetings, and shadowing opportunities to accelerate your development toward a closing roleLeverage ActivTrak's own platform to optimize your productivity and better understand the challenges our customers faceRequirements1+ years of experience in sales, SDR/BDR role, or customer-facing environment Proven ability to thrive in a metrics-driven, high-activity outbound sales environmentCompetitive drive and resilience—you're energized by the challenge of connecting with new prospects dailyExcellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and credibility over the phone and in writingExperience collaborating effectively within remote or distributed teamsSelf-starter mentality with strong organizational skills and attention to detailComfort with sales technology stack (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, G-Suite, Zoom)Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and contribute ideas for process improvementBenefitsWork environment:Competitive compensation and benefitsPosition is remote within USMinimal travelThis is an incredible opportunity to embark on an exciting journey with a dynamic, VC-backed company.
