ELEKS Human Capital Administration is looking for a Junior Personnel Records Specialist in Lviv.REQUIREMENTSKnowledge of fundamentals of office procedures and organizationKnowledge of principles, procedures, and practices of personnel recordkeepingExperience with Jira, BAS, 1CAt least B1 level of EnglishGood MS Office knowledgeExperience with DIIA City would be a plusRESPONSIBILITIESMaintain personnel records in accordance with current legislation and established state standardsMaintain military records in accordance with current legislation and established state standardsRegister employment, transfer, and dismissal of employees in accordance with the current labor law and regulations, instructions and orders approved by the company using appropriate forms and computer applicationsForm and maintain personal files and data base of employeesEnter data into the personnel/payroll systemFill, record keep and storage work books, accounting of employment historyArchive personnel files, prepare documents for shelving to the State Archives, if the time of storage in the enterprise has passed onProvide personal data for accounting department, extra budgetary funds and tax inspectoratePrepare with accountants documents required to obtain social benefits, granting of pensions, allowances and benefits to employees and their families and transfer them to the Social Welfare AuthoritiesIssue all kind of personnel certificatesMaintains computerized and paper records of employees, including records of annual leave, sick leave, leave without pay, and overtime.
