A distributed team of over 400 professionals working across two offices in Central and Eastern Europe.Responsibilities:General Legal SupportProvide legal support as a middle-level generalist with strong contract focus for iGaming, payments, IT and commercial projectsDraft, review, negotiate and maintain commercial contracts, addenda, NDAs, DPAs/DSAs, referral/introducer agreements, service agreements, IT/SaaS/software development agreements, terms and policiesAdvise commercial, product, finance and compliance teams on contract structure, liability, payment flow, data, IP, sanctions/AML/KYC and operational risksReview terms and conditions from IT vendors, payment partners, operators and other counterpartiesBuild and update templates, negotiation positions, trackers, contract matrix and internal guidancePayment Connector ProjectSupport the project connecting payment providers and operators where the Company acts as intermediary through referral and introducer agreementsDraft, review and negotiate introducer/referral agreements with PSPs, operators and related partners, including commission/revenue share mechanics and payment termsAnalyze provider and operator terms, onboarding rules, merchant requirements, transaction flow, chargebacks, reserves, settlements, confidentiality and data protectionCoordinate legal onboarding of PSPs/operators with commercial, finance and compliance; track contract stages and outstanding legal blockersReview IT and product agreements related to integrations, API access, support, maintenance, hosting, security, data processing and SLARequirements3-5 years of experience as a Contract Lawyer or Legal Generalist Higher legal education Experience in iGaming, payments, fintech, SaaS, or other B2B industries Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts Experience with NDAs, DPAs/DSAs, service agreements, terms review, privacy/IP, and basic AML/KYC matters Understanding of contract lifecycle management and cross-functional legal support English B2+ and fluent Russian Strong drafting, negotiation, stakeholder management, and project ownership skills Business-oriented and practical approach to legal problem-solving Nice to have:Experience with referral/introducer agreements, PSP/operator onboarding, or commission/revenue share models Understanding of API, integration, SLA, limitation of liability, and indemnity clausesBenefitsA chance to join a company with a strong name and long-established reputation in the global Gaming industryContinuous talent development and accelerated growth opportunities within the organization20 days of paid vacation and 5 Family DaysRegular workshops, team activities, offsite trips, and corporate eventsEnglish language courses provided by the companyAccess to a mental health support service (professional psychologists, confidential sessions)
