Requirements and responsibilities


We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (End-to-End Recruitment) to manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of industries and position levels. This role involves a blend of strategic recruiting and hands-on execution, including candidate sourcing, screening, pipeline management, interview coordination, and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate has strong recruitment experience, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to handle both high-volume hiring demands and niche recruitment assignments.The successful candidate will work closely with hiring stakeholders to attract and engage top talent, uphold recruitment best practices, and ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring process.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, or sourcingProven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processesStrong experience conducting candidate screening and behavioral interviewsExperience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platformsExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsAbility to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneouslyStrong organizational, time management, and administrative skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyProficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment software, and Microsoft Office or Google WorkspaceSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting executive search assignmentsExposure to both white-collar and blue-collar recruitmentExperience conducting market mapping and talent intelligence researchFamiliarity with recruitment reporting and analyticsExperience preparing client-facing candidate presentations and reportsAbility to engage with senior stakeholders and hiring managers professionally
