Requirements and responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PAPM) Consultant with 12+ years of SAP experience to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP PAPM implementation, configuration, and support, along with a solid understanding of finance, profitability analysis, cost allocation, and performance management processes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end SAP PAPM implementation and support projects.Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP PAPM solutions.Configure and develop PAPM models, functions, allocations, and calculations.Design profitability, cost allocation, transfer pricing, and performance management solutions.Integrate SAP PAPM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and other SAP solutions.Conduct workshops, solution design sessions, testing, and user training.Support data modeling, reporting, and performance optimization activities.Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams.Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements.Required Skills12+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP PAPM.Hands-on experience in at least 2 end-to-end SAP PAPM implementation projects.Strong knowledge of:SAP PAPM (Profitability and Performance Management)SAP S/4HANACost Allocations & Profitability AnalysisFinancial Planning & AnalysisUniversal Journal (ACDOCA)SAP BW/4HANASAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)HANA ModelingExperience in financial and management reporting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsSAP PAPM Certification (preferred).Experience in Banking, Insurance, Telecommunications, or Manufacturing industries.Knowledge of IFRS and management accounting principles.Experience working in global and multicultural environments.Soft SkillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to lead client discussions and workshops.Strong documentation and presentation skills.Team leadership and mentoring capabilities.Interested candidates can share their updated resume along with current location, notice period, and salary expectations at deltarecruit@deltassi.com
