We don't just "fill seats"—we build an elite team.The RoleWe are looking for a Recruiter with ~2+ years of full-cycle experience who is ready to take the next big step in their career. You aren't just a "resume screener"; you are a brand ambassador and a talent scout.You’ll own the hiring process from start to finish, partnering directly with our executive team to find top-tier talent across Sales, Design, Development, and Strategy. This is a role for someone who has a "recruiter’s instinct," loves the chase of a passive candidate, and wants to work in an environment where their impact is visible every single day.What You’ll DoOwn the Cycle: Manage everything from the initial intake call with leadership to the final offer letter.Global Sourcing: Find and engage talent across the U.S., LATAM, India, and beyond. You know where the best people hang out (and it’s not always on LinkedIn).High-Touch Experience: Ensure every candidate, whether they get the job or not, has a seamless, respectful, and "Blacksmith-standard" experience.Cultural Vetting: Evaluate candidates for more than just skills. You’ll be the first line of defense in ensuring every hire is a cultural and performance fit.Pipeline Building: Maintain a "warm bench" of freelancers and full-time talent so we can move fast when a new project kicks off.Keep us Organised: Maintain a clean, data-driven pipeline in our ATS (Ashby/Lever) and keep hiring managers in the loop.Who You Are2+ years of experience: You’ve run full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a tech, digital, or creative agency environment.A High-Accountability Mindset: You don't need to be micromanaged. You deliver results because you take pride in your work.Global Perspective: You’re comfortable navigating different time zones and cultural nuances in hiring.Tech-Savvy: You’re at home in an ATS and love a streamlined, automated workflow.Excellent Communicator: You can write a cold outreach email that actually gets a response and lead an interview that leaves a candidate impressed.Bonus PointsYou have a background in a design or creative field.You have experience building or refining hiring "playbooks."What’s In It For You?Full Autonomy: We trust your judgment.
