Requirements and responsibilities


At EvolutionCode, we are seeking a Senior Power Automate Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in process automation, workflow development, and intelligent business process optimization within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on expertise in Power Automate Cloud and Desktop, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), workflow orchestration, system integrations, and process analysis. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Power Automate Cloud and Desktop Flows. Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual work. Build and support automation solutions integrating Microsoft 365, Pega applications, databases, and APIs. Develop reliable UI-based automations, including error handling, retries, and exception management. Perform testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and assist with production deployments. Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues in development and production environments. Document automation workflows, technical designs, and operational procedures. Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and define automation solutions. Contribute to automation best practices, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills 3+ years of experience in RPA / workflow automation 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop) Strong experience in UI automation (browser-based RPA), including DOM interaction and handling dynamic web applications Experience working with Power Automate Desktop for browser/UI automation Experience integrating automation with Pega-based workflows or similar enterprise systems Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, especially in diagnosing automation failures Ability to design scalable and maintainable automation solutions Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with business users Additional Information Remote position. Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Central Time, USA)
