Requirements and responsibilities

We are looking for a highly creative and proactive Brand Visibility & WhatsApp Business Manager to take ownership of our digital visibility, WhatsApp Business presence, and short-form event content.This is not a traditional social media manager role. We are looking for someone who understands how to keep a brand highly visible through WhatsApp status marketing, engaging event content, and strong visual storytelling.The ideal candidate is highly independent, organized, creative, and experienced in video editing, branding, and content creation.Key Responsibilities:WhatsApp Business Management: Fully manage and optimize WhatsApp BusinessMaintain consistent WhatsApp status visibilityUpload and schedule branded content regularlyOrganize contacts and communication workflowsEnsure professional and consistent brand communicationContent Creation & Video Editing: Create engaging short-form content from event footageDesign graphics and WhatsApp-ready contentEdit event recap videos and highlight reelsProduce vertical videos for WhatsApp, Instagram Reels, and LinkedInMaintain high-quality visual storytelling and brandingBrand Visibility & Content Planning: Plan and maintain a consistent content posting scheduleCapture and showcase event highlights and behind-the-scenes momentsMaintain a premium and professional brand imageContribute ideas to improve visibility and engagementRequired Skills & ExperienceExperience managing WhatsApp Business professionallyStrong understanding of WhatsApp status marketingStrong short-form video editing skillsStrong graphic design and branding skillsExperience creating content for WhatsApp and social media platformsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksExcellent English communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizationSoftware Experience:CanvaCapCutWhatsApp BusinessMeta Business SuiteAdobe Premiere Pro (preferred)Adobe Photoshop (preferred)Interested?
