Requirements and responsibilities


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter responsible for marketing IT consultants (bench candidates) and placing them with suitable client requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in US IT staffing, vendor management, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include marketing bench consultants (H1B, OPT, GC, US Citizens) to vendors and clients; building relationships with Tier-1 vendors and clients; submitting consultants to client requirements and following up for closures; negotiating pay rates, contracts, and terms with clients/vendors; coordinating interviews and managing the end-to-end placement process; maintaining an updated database of consultants and requirements; ensuring compliance with client and vendor requirements; achieving monthly placement targets.
