Our platform combines real-time data on 50M+ companies with predictive models to help businesses identify which prospects will convert, which customers might churn, and when competitors are vulnerable.What You’ll DoAs an early Account Manager, you’ll help build and scale our customer and revenue expansion engine from the ground up. You’ll own customer relationships end-to-end, ensuring customers see ongoing value while identifying opportunities to grow and expand accounts.You’ll work closely with the founders and product team to influence messaging, ICP, and GTM strategy based on real customer insights.Key responsibilities include:Own and manage customer relationships post-sale, including onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansionIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and partner with leadership to close growth opportunitiesAct as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback with product and founders to influence roadmap and GTM strategyHelp define and refine ICPs, value propositions, use cases, and account playbooksMaintain accurate account data, forecasts, and renewal pipelines in SalesforceLay the foundation for scalable account management and post-sales processesPartner cross-functionally to ensure long-term customer success and retentionWhat We’re Looking ForYou’re a relationship-driven seller who enjoys owning accounts and growing them over time.
