Requirements and responsibilities
ROLE:
- Experienced roofing and home improvement sales closer.
- 1099 commission.
- Central Florida.
- You sell.
- NewRev AI is an AI matching platform that connects you directly to a licensed installer and runs the back office for you.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Source and run your own appointments and close homeowners at the kitchen table.
- Sell the whole house: roofing, exterior, and remodel off the same customer, under one licensed installer.
- More than one commission per door.
- Submit one clean, complete job file with payment collected.
- That is your only back end task, and doing it right is what triggers your fast pay.
- Sell as a representative of a licensed Florida installer that NewRev AI matches you with.
- The homeowner contracts with the installer, who carries the build, the license, and the warranty.
WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO:
- Chase crews, schedule installs, or babysit the build.
- Run billing, collections, or contract processing.
- The AI handles all of it.
- Wait on a big contractor conglomerate crew schedule.
- You are matched directly to the installer, so jobs go on inside about two weeks.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven field experience closing roofing or home improvement.
- This is not entry level and we do not train closers.
- Based in or able to work the Central Florida market.
- Able to show up in person to earn your spot.
- Comfortable operating as a 1099 commission sales rep under a licensed Florida installer.
- NewRev AI is the matching platform, not the employer and not the contractor.
WHAT YOU GET:
