We combine recruiter-led search, structured candidate evaluation, and proprietary recruiting automation to help clients move from brief to qualified shortlist faster and make cleaner hiring decisions.About the RoleWe are looking for an Executive Search Associate to join our team full-time.This is a recruiting, sales, and search execution role for someone who wants to help disrupt how critical roles get filled. You will learn how modern executive search works from the inside, use AI and automation to move faster, and build the habits required to succeed in a high-accountability search environment.This is not a corporate HR role, and it is not a low-pressure recruiting seat. It is a high-growth, high-accountability role for someone who has proven they can hunt, follow up, solve problems, and create momentum without waiting for perfect instructions.You will run full-cycle recruiting across clinical, engineering, and executive searches, supporting PE portfolio companies, VC-backed healthcare platforms, and high-growth technology firms. You are willing to source, message, follow up, research, and keep going until you find the right peopleTenacious sourcing ability. You do not wait for applicants to show up. You know how to go find the candidates the market is not handing youWillingness to pick up the phone. We do not lead with cold calling, but you need to be willing to call candidates when a search requires itProven track record of strong performance. You have been a top performer or high-impact contributor and can point to concrete results that set you apartExceptional communication skills.
