You will be responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and the product development team, taking requests and turning them into product requirements while working with our Software Architects and Sr Software Engineers to validate technical feasibility and requirements. As Product Manager, you will be an expert on our solution offering and be able to communicate its value and capabilities, requirements, and limitations, and be a major contributor to long-term strategic product planning. You will participate in defining the product vision, conducting market research, analyzing data, and driving product growth and customer satisfactionYour key responsibilities will include:Defining and managing product vision and strategy aligned with the company’s strategic goals, identifying new opportunities to drive growth and innovationChampioning user-centered design principles across the product lifecycleCollaborating with UX/UI designers to understand customer pain points and behaviorsAdvocating for inclusive design practices and accessibility standardsBalancing aesthetic quality with functionality and technical feasibilityCreating and managing a product roadmap based on the overall product vision and strategyPartnering with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful launch and market adoption of new products and features.Continuously monitoring the product’s performance and gathering feedback from customers and stakeholders, using data-driven insights to make decisions and prioritize product improvements and featuresLeading product release plans and setting the expectation for delivery of new functionalities and improvementsServe as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questionsAnticipating industry shifts and emerging technologies to develop a long-term product strategy that positions the company as a leader in the marketMaking strategic decisions about resource allocation and product feature prioritization to maximize business impactWhat we’re looking for…We’re looking for someone who thrives in a high-growth and team-oriented environment.
