Join us and change the world.Job SummaryAndela’s Solutions organization designs and delivers AI, Cloud, Data, and Learning solutions for enterprise clients. The Learning Solutions Manager owns learning as a solution vertical within this portfolio — responsible for identifying and validating opportunities, designing programs, building commercial repeatability, and driving measurable client outcomes.This is not a traditional L&D role as the Head of Learning Solutions. You operate like a product and business leader: validating demand, designing for outcomes, packaging for scale, and iterating on data. You will start as an individual contributor with scope to build a team as the vertical matures. You’ll work closely with our key partners like GitHub, OpenAI and Anthropic.
