We are looking for an HR Manager to lead and strengthen Human Resources processes within a high-volume BPO operation.
We are looking for a profile with solid experience in Colombian labor legislation, personnel administration, and comprehensive management of the employee life cycle, with the ability to perform in dynamic and growing environments.
Profile and Requirements:
- Professional in Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or related careers.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Generalist or HR Manager in Colombia.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BPO environments, contact centers, or managing high-volume operations.
- Demonstrable experience managing the complete employee cycle from start to finish.
- English level B2 or higher (preferred).
- Management of HRIS platforms such as Bamboo, Factorial, or equivalents.
- Familiarity with PILA, ADRES, and social security reporting tools in Colombia.
Location: Bogotá, Colombia (hybrid modality).
Type of Contract: Indefinite term.
