What This Role Actually IsThis is NOT a traditional Information Security Engineer role.We are looking for someone with hands-on experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions. Principal has already built the platform and is now focused on moving existing risk management processes and data into ServiceNow. The team needs someone who can jump in quickly, learn the environment, and help accelerate the migration and rollout effort.Think of this role as a blend of ServiceNow IRM implementation, GRC process management, and stakeholder coordination.What They Will Be DoingSupporting the rollout of ServiceNow IRM capabilitiesHelping migrate risk and compliance processes into ServiceNowAssisting with data migration efforts from legacy processes/toolsWorking with Cyber Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Technology teamsSupporting configuration, workflows, reporting, and process improvementsHelping drive adoption of the new platformParticipating in testing, validation, and issue resolution activitiesThe first 30 days will likely be fast-paced and somewhat chaotic as this person learns the environment, meets stakeholders, and gets integrated into multiple workstreams.Top Skills We NeedMust HaveServiceNow IRM experienceServiceNow GRC experienceExperience supporting or leading ServiceNow implementationsExperience working with Risk Management processesStrong stakeholder communication skillsAbility to ramp up quickly in a fast-moving environmentHighly PreferredServiceNow TPRM experienceFinancial Services or Insurance industry experienceCyber Risk experienceCompliance experienceAudit experienceData migration experienceProcess transformation or platform migration experience
