This role emphasizes end-to-end solution architecture, cost optimization, platform efficiency, technical governance, and stakeholder advisory.Key Responsibilities:15–18 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 with a strong architectural focusHands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Field Service (FSE) including Work Order management, scheduling, resource optimization, and service agreementsDeep expertise in Dataverse architecture, including complex data modeling for enterprise-scale service operationsStrong experience designing end-to-end scalable and resilient solution architectures within the Dynamics 365 ecosystemExpert-level knowledge of integration patterns including REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Power Platform connectors, and PCFStrong experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) in enterprise implementationsHands-on expertise with Azure DevOps for CI/CD, release management, and solution lifecycle governance
