We are looking for a highly experienced Amazon Connect Architect with 15+ years in contact center technologies and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will architect, design, and lead delivery of scalable omnichannel contact center solutions using Amazon Connect, with strong expertise in AWS services, telephony, security, integrations (CRM/ITSM), and migration from legacy platforms (Avaya/Genesys/Cisco etc.).
