Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) with 8+ years of experience to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building scalable web applications using modern technologies and the ability to work independently in a distributed environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React.js.Develop secure and efficient RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setup to define and deliver features.Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices.Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.Work closely with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.Required Skills & Qualifications8+ years of experience in full stack development.Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.Hands-on experience with MongoDB and database design.Experience in RESTful API development and integration.Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.Experience working in remote or distributed teams.Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Strong communication and time management skills for remote collaboration.
