Requirements and responsibilities

A Configuration Specialist plays a dynamic and adaptable role. They support multiple client projects that can change on a weekly basis. Configuration Specialists coordinate directly with project managers for day-to-day tasks and reach out to leadership (such as team leads or supervisors) for broader support when needed. Requirements: - Based in Colombia (Bogotá and Medellín) or El Salvador. - High School Diploma or equivalent (required). - Minimum 2 years of professional experience in technical, operations, system support, or configuration roles. - Experience supporting software platforms, data-heavy systems, or workflow tools is preferred. - Minimum of 6 months job stability in the most recent position. - Stable internet connection (minimum +50 Mbps). - Ability to work through wired connection (LAN) if working from home.
