Responsibilities

• Help manage our accounts and client relationships with the objective of enabling their growth • Craft Digital PR campaigns strategically based on client’s needs and market conditions, mainly for tech startups looking to gain an online competitive advantage in media publications, social media, and SEO. • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to customer needs and objectives. • Participate in the client journey starting at onboarding all the way through recurring calls, quarterly reviews, and contract renewals. • Media monitoring across a variety of industries’ news sources for any and all stories relevant to your client, becoming an "expert" in your clients' respective fields/industries. • Pitch to journalists about our clients using a variety of different tactics either with press releases, thought leadership, or special pitches in order to land results and features on behalf of our clients. • Help update our social channels (especially LinkedIn) to engage with our current followers and grow new followers.
