Requirements and responsibilities
Lead bi-weekly sprint cycles (planning, stand-ups, reviews, wrap-ups). Conduct discovery sessions and write structured user stories. Manage intake & triage of requests (Slack & Salesforce Cases). Prepare executive progress and velocity reports. Act as liaison between Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and CX Ops. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and track milestones. Oversee UAT cycles and document releases. Maintain SOPs and documentation in Guru. Ensure Salesforce governance and best practices compliance.
