Responsibilities

We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our team. This is a full-time remote position. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a team environment while also excelling independently. Customer Account Managers develop strong relationships with customers, respond to client inquiries, and identify new business opportunities among existing accounts. Responsibilities include: * Build and maintain relationships with all clients, acting as the liaison between the company and the customer. * Address customer needs quickly and effectively to maintain strong relationships. * Work across various departments to coordinate scheduling and execution, ensuring the best possible outcomes for customers. * Drive customer retention through CSAT and NPS. * Handle and resolve customer complaints, refunds, and escalations as the single point of contact, while maintaining a positive relationship. * Clearly communicate product and service capabilities to customers. * Serve as a leader of the account process to ensure customer satisfaction. * Maintain thorough knowledge of products. * Focus on growing and developing existing clients to generate incremental business. * Play an integral role in the effective onboarding of new clients. * Perform other duties as assigned. Education and Experience * High school diploma or equivalent. * Customer service experience required. * English level C1 is mandatory. * Ability to perform essential functions while standing or sitting, with freedom of movement as required by company needs. * Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute. Remote Requirements * Remote, work-from-home position. * Ability to provide a quiet work environment. * Internet speed of 200 Mbps with consistent download speeds and jitter below 20 milliseconds.
