Responsibilities

Content Production & Execution You will be the engine behind Rocket Detailer’s content strategy. This includes editing one to two short-form pieces daily, such as Stories, Reels, and TikToks, for our social channels, managing a pipeline of scheduled posts, and ensuring consistent, high-quality output across all platforms. You will create three types of content: client case studies that showcase the transformative results delivered to our car wash and detailing clients, educational content that positions Rocket Detailer as an authority in the industry, and ad creatives designed to convert. Every piece of content you create should reflect our brand voice and be optimized for the American market and audience we serve. Ads Creative Testing & Iteration You will be responsible for testing approximately 20 new ad creative pieces per week across our advertising accounts. This role is not about creating visually appealing designs in isolation, but about understanding what resonates with the audience, what drives conversions, and what does not perform. You will analyze performance data to identify winning creatives, understand why they work, and use those insights to inform future creative iterations. Over time, as you gain a deeper understanding of performance drivers, you will transition from pure execution to contributing strategic recommendations on creative direction and messaging. Collaboration & Communication You will work directly with the founder to align on creative direction, review performance data, and discuss overall strategy. Clear and proactive communication is essential. As a close-knit team, we expect you to bring ideas forward, ask questions, and actively contribute to shared goals and success. Systems & Process Building There is currently no pre-built content calendar, approval workflow, or asset management system in place. You will collaborate with the team to design and implement foundational project management and organizational systems that enable scalable content production. This may include creating content calendars, developing templates, establishing asset naming conventions, or implementing simple tracking systems for performance metrics. As the company grows, you will help refine and optimize these systems to support increased output.
