We offer custom care plans, prescription medications, and expert guidance to help our members live healthier every day.9amHealth is a Virtual Cardiometabolic Care company providing a healthcare experience that includes virtual specialty physicians, at-home lab tests, continuous glucose monitors, home-delivered medications, and personalized meal plans.What it isYou must be able to work one of the following shifts:10:00am-6:30pm PT - Monday-Friday8:30am-5:00pm PT - Tuesday-Saturday10:00am-6:30pm PT - Sunday-ThursdayFor you, caring for people with chronic conditions like diabetes and obesity isn’t a job—it’s a calling.What you’ll doProvide comprehensive diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and weight loss care, education, and support for patients through chat, phone, and video calls following internal protocolsCreate thorough consults aligned with internal protocols for 9amHealth physiciansCollaborate with Patient Care Advocates to ensure patient successWhat you’ll needMinimum QualificationsRegistered Dietitian Nutritionist plus Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) or Board Certified-Advanced Diabetes Management (BC-ADM) or eligible for certificationExperience in medication adjustment and using an EMRStrong empathy skills and an expert in patient-centered language and careA quiet, distraction free dedicated work spacePreferred QualificationsExperience with telehealth or using technology platforms in patient careThrives in a fast-paced, innovative environmentCompensationCompensation for this role ranges from $75,000-$90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.What you can expect at 9amHealthYou’ll join a startup environment with the stability of highly experienced founders.
