Job Description: This candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our users' needs and technological execution. In this crucial position, the candidate will lead project facilitation, acting as the primary liaison between end-users and software development teams. This candidate’s responsibilities will include clearly communicating project objectives, monitoring progress, and ensuring that final results align with strategic goals.Role and Responsibilities:Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual designUnderstand client-side and server-side architectureDevelop and manage well-functioning applicationsWrite effective APIsTest software to ensure responsiveness and efficiencyTroubleshoot, debug and upgrade softwareAssess and remediate any issues found during vulnerability scanning activitiesWrite technical documentationWork with customer to enhance existing softwareBe an active participant in the Agile development processQualifications, Certifications and Education Requirements:MA / MS in related field with 10+ years experience as Software Engineer or in lieu: BA/BS in related field with 15+ years’ experience as Software EngineerExcellent written and verbal communicationsExpansive experience with Angular / Java EE / HTML5Expansive experience with Agile development process (SAFe, Scrum, etc.)Experience with Microsoft Web Forms, MVC, .NET Core, and .NET 4.x FrameworkExperienced with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principlesMust be a US CitizenPossess a SECRET clearance or have the ability to obtain one.
