This role combines player sourcing, relationship management, and data-driven retention.You’ll own the full VIP lifecycle from identifying and onboarding new high-value players to maximizing their long-term value through world-class experiences.What You’ll DoVIP Acquisition & GrowthSource and acquire new high-value players through outbound outreach, referrals, partnerships, and eventsBuild and manage your own pipeline of VIP prospects across key marketsDevelop tailored acquisition strategies for different player segments (e.g. whales, rising VIPs, crypto-native users)Represent Magic Eden at industry events, tournaments, and private gatherings to build a strong VIP networkVIP Relationship ManagementOwn and grow a portfolio of high-value players, driving retention, engagement, and net gaming revenueDeliver highly personalized, high-touch experiences from tailored incentives to real-world hospitalityBuild long-term trust-based relationships with top players and act as their primary point of contactLifecycle & RetentionIdentify and convert emerging VIPs using segmentation, behavioral data, and targeted campaignsProactively manage churn risk by monitoring player activity, spend patterns, and sentimentReactivate dormant VIPs through personalized outreach and incentivesContinuously refine acquisition and retention strategies based on data and player feedbackVIP ExperiencePartner with marketing and product to design VIP campaigns, loyalty programs, and exclusive experiencesAct as the voice of VIP players internally, influencing product, support, and risk decisionsExecute and host VIP events, tournaments, and experiences (digital and in-person)What We’re Looking For3+ years in VIP management, player development, or business development within iGaming / sportsbook / casinoProven ability to acquire and grow high-value players (not just manage them)Strong network or experience sourcing VIP players via outbound, affiliates, or eventsDeep understanding of VIP player psychology, incentives, and lifecycle managementCommercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue (NGR / LTV)Strong relationship-building skills with high-value, demanding clientsComfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownershipWhat You GetCompetitive compensation + equityFlexible PTOFull health, dental, and vision coverageWellness and remote work stipendRemote-first team
